ok, i finally got the replacement just in 3 days after contacting mayhem...

i finally installed and remove the lip that Ron said.
Anyway, I notice the tire have some "standing hair", which are touching the chain. What does this hair do? Should I better get rid of it or not?

and, there is a plastic piece inside the crank house, which according to the tutorial video as "black plastic rubber chain rubbing strip" and hard to fit it in. What is the effect by removing this plastic strip? Or what it's function?

btw, i finish replacing the chain, but now it have funny sound like something is loose and clanking sound. What is the cause of this?

Maybe this is the effect after removing the black plastic chain rubbing strip. However, I'm not sure actualy.
I think you'd better fit the strip back inside the crank case and see.

That's the problem, I already put the strip back into the crack case.

First I try without the strip doesn't feel good, so I put the strip back and still doesn't feel good. Like there is something rubbing each other... :?
and worse I can't bring it to the nearest available dealer coz they only sell no service!

Oh! :?
I think you'd better contact Mayhem for seeking a solution. Maybe you'll have to bring or send the A-bike back to them and let them fix it for you.

There really are several possibilities and it is hard to diagnose sight unseen. Check first that it isn't just the brake scraping. The rear brake on the A-bike is notoriously difficult to adjust. You may even want to temporarily disconnect the rear brake entirely and see if the problem is resolved. Check the bearings--when you turn the wheel by hand, does it move smoothly even when turned very slowly, or is there a clunky feel? More difficult to ascertain--can you tell if you put the crankcase back on correctly, aligning the holes in the downpost securely with the circles that also hold that plastic strip?

Now you mention it about the rear brake, i think that is the problem, since before I mistakenly dismantle the rear brake. Maybe I adjusted it not real good so it's become the problem.
I'll check it again...
thank you Ron...

Have you tried calling the number stated on the official site? Assuming they are situated in England, the number would be +44 870 766 8498.
