Broken saddle/body post joint

I have broken the joint that connects the saddle to the main part of the body at the top of the a-bike frame. it is actually the plastic part that serves as a joint, and i think if i can source a spare i can fix the bike.

does anyone know where a spare part can be sourced?

This part is called the "Upper Steering Joint Pivot Fixture".

You can order it from your local distributor.

However, the replacement of this part is quite a hard work.
