I know that the new model is on the way but if you can't wait then www.retro36.co.uk have one in stock for £159 including a shock pump & delivery. I bought one from them a couple of weeks ago and I love it.

159£ is a bargain I guess. Our bikes cost some 197£ in current exchange rate. It used to be very expensive but that was too high price for the market.

Seems 197 here in Sweden is too high too. He doesn't get the biz he wanted. so he make money of other imports.

Not sure if he will take in the new improved bike.

I'm too tall and heavy for A-bike though. I wish they could make a real mark II, or A-bike XL is better name for what I need. I'm 194 and weight 90kg now and aim for going down to BMI 22 around 85kg. So the bike should be made for at least such guys. But maybe we are too few to make a market. :)

Polina, if you have flash you could go here too
http://www.a-bike.co.uk/store/flash/page2.swf

I had a lot of trouble to get flash om my computer but this one was friendly. Even worked in Firefox while some flash even fail in Ie7 with latest program.

So I don't like they encourage flash at sites.

I'm very tempted, but the new a-bike plus features listed are too good. I'm doing my best to wait but I really want an A-Bike!

FYI (message from Retro 36) I asked to make sure it's authentic.

Thank you for your email regarding our A-bike. I can confirm conclusively that ours is the authentic Ian Sinclair A-bike and is not a Chinese copy. I simply wouldn’t allow counterfeit products to be sold in my store or online. The A-bike does have a unique serial number and our supplier is the only official distributor of the A-bike in Europe. Furthermore we are a family business that has been established for over 30 years and throughout that time we have always traded with absolute integrity.

I hope this appeases any concerns regarding the authenticity of our A-bike.

Regards,
